KIGALI, Aug. 2, 2014 (AMP) — Equatorial Guinea 2015 (Qualifiers) : Rwanda defeated Congo-Brazzaville on penalties 4-3, after the match ended 2-0 in regulation time, in the second leg of a qualifying game on Saturday afternoon. Congo-Brazzaville, who won the first leg (2-0), advance to the third round of the ongoing AFCON qualifying campaign. Rwanda is eliminated.
