MONASTIR, Sep. 4, 2016 (AMP) — Gabon 2017 (Qualifiers) : Tunisia defeated Liberia by a score of 4-1 (halftime: 2-0), in a AFCON qualifying game on Sunday night at the Mustapha Ben Jannet Stadium in Monastir.
Tunisia dominated the first half thanks to goals from Khazri ('5) and Khenissi ('35). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Tunisians further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Khalifa '73 and Lahmar '77/penalty).
