UYO, Sep. 3, 2016 (AMP) — Gabon 2017 (Qualifiers) : Nigeria defeated Tanzania by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a AFCON qualifying game on Saturday afternoon at the Akwa Ibom International Stadium in Uyo.
45 minutes of play and neither the Nigerians nor the Tanzanians have managed to pull ahead. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Iheanacho in the 79th minute.
