AFCON 2017 Qualifiers : Rwanda defeats Mozambique 1-0
MAPUTO, Jun. 14, 2015 (AMP) — Gabon 2017 (Qualifiers) : Rwanda defeated Mozambique by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations on Sunday afternoon at the Zimpeto Stadium in Maputo.
All the action happened in the first half, with Sugira goal in the 4th minute.
The result put the Rwandans top of Group H with 3 points. In their next game, Rwanda will meet second-placed Ghana at the Zimpeto Stadium on September 5, while Mozambique will face Mauritius.
