AFCON 2017 Qualifiers : Ethiopia and Seychelles both exit Africa Cup of Nations
AWASSA, Sep. 3, 2016 (AMP) — Gabon 2017 (Qualifiers) : Ethiopia defeated the Seychelles by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-1), in a AFCON qualifying game on Saturday afternoon at the Awassa Kenema Stadium.
Henriette opened the score in the 20th minute, before seeing Ethiopia catch up in the 33rd minute thanks to Kebede. 1-1 at half time. The Ethiopians eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Said on penalty in the 52nd minute.
