AFCON 2017 Qualifiers : Swaziland beats Guinea 2-1
CASABLANCA, Jun. 12, 2015 (AMP) — Gabon 2017 (Qualifiers) : Swaziland defeated Guinea by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations on Friday night at the Mohammed V Stadium in Casablanca.
Tsabedze scored dual goals
Swaziland dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Tsabedze in the 11th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Swazis further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Tsabedze with just 7 minutes remaining in regulation time.
The result put the Swazi top of Group L with 3 points. In their next game, Swaziland will meet Malawi at the Mohammed V Stadium on September 6, while Guinea will face Zimbabwe.
