AFCON 2017 Qualifiers : Zimbabwe beats Swaziland 4-0
HARARE, Mar. 28, 2016 (AMP) — Gabon 2017 (Qualifiers) : Zimbabwe defeated Swaziland by a big score of 4-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a qualifying game for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations on Monday afternoon at the National Sports Stadium in Harare.
Swaziland made the Zimbabweans doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with goals by Musona ('52 on penalty), Nhamoinesu ('59), Rusike ('77) and Billiat ('85).
The result put the Zimbabweans top of Group L with 8 points. Swaziland is second with 5 points. In their next game, Zimbabwe will meet third-placed Malawi at the National Sports Stadium on June 5, while Swaziland will face Guinea.
