BLANTYRE, Sep. 4, 2016 (AMP) — Gabon 2017 (Qualifiers) : Malawi defeated Swaziland by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a AFCON qualifying game on Sunday afternoon at the Kamuzu Stadium in Blantyre.

All the action happened in the first half, with Phiri goal in the 9th minute.

Both teams are eliminated.
