AFCON 2019 Qualifiers : Senegal and Madagascar qualify for the final stage
THIèS, Mar. 23, 2019 (AMP) — Cameroon 2019 (Qualifiers) : Senegal defeated Madagascar by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a AFCON qualifying game on Saturday night at the Stade Lat-Dior in Thiès.
Niang scored dual goals
Senegal dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Niang in the 27th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Senegaleses further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Niang in the 56th minute.
