NAIROBI, Sep. 8, 2018 (AMP) — Cameroon 2019 (Qualifiers) : Kenya defeated Ghana by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations on Saturday afternoon at the Moi International Sports Centre in Nairobi.
All the action happened in the first half, with Opoku own goal in the 40th minute.
The result put the Ghanaians top of Group F with 3 points. In their next game, Ghana will meet Sierra Leone at the Moi International Sports Centre on October 10, while Kenya will face Ethiopia.
