AFCON 2019 Qualifiers : Zimbabwe and DR Congo tied at 1-1
HARARE, Oct. 16, 2018 (AMP) — Cameroon 2019 (Qualifiers) : Zimbabwe tied 1-1 with DR Congo (halftime: 1-1), in a qualifying game for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations on Tuesday night at the National Sports Stadium in Harare.
One goal for both sides in the first half, Billiat ('2) for Zimbabwe, Hadebe ('24 own) for DR Congo and none in the second.
The result put the Zimbabweans top of Group G with 8 points. DR Congo is second with 5 points. In their next game, Zimbabwe will meet Liberia at the National Sports Stadium on November 18, while DR Congo will face Congo-Brazzaville.
