AFCON 2019 Qualifiers : Guinea and Ivory Coast play out 1-1 draw
CONAKRY, Nov. 18, 2018 (AMP) — Cameroon 2019 (Qualifiers) : Guinea tied 1-1 with Ivory Coast (halftime: 1-1), in a qualifying game for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations on Sunday afternoon at the Stade du 28 Septembre in Conakry.
One goal for both sides in the first half, Yattara ('11) for Guinea, Jean Michaël Seri ('21) for Ivory Coast and none in the second.
The result put the Guineans top of Group H with 11 points. Ivory Coast is second with 8 points. In their last game, Guinea will meet third-placed the Central African Republic at the Stade du 28 Septembre on March 24, while Ivory Coast will face Rwanda.
