OUAGADOUGOU, Mar. 22, 2019 (AMP) — Cameroon 2019 (Qualifiers) : Burkina Faso defeated Mauritania by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a AFCON qualifying game on Friday afternoon at the Stade du 4-Août in Ouagadougou.
All the action happened in the first half, with B. Traoré goal in the 19th minute.
