RADES, Oct. 13, 2018 (AMP) — Cameroon 2019 (Qualifiers) : Tunisia defeated Niger by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations on Saturday night at the Rades Olympic Stadium.
All the action happened in the first half, with Meriah goal in the 17th minute.
The result put the Tunisians top of Group J with 9 points. Niger is bottom with one point. In their next game, Tunisia will meet Niger at the Rades Olympic Stadium on October 16, while Niger will face Tunisia.
