MASERU, Oct. 16, 2018 (AMP) — Cameroon 2019 (Qualifiers) : Uganda defeated Lesotho by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 2-0), in a qualifying game for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations on Tuesday night at the Setsoto Stadium in Maseru.
Miya scored dual goals
All the action happened in the first half, with goals from Miya ('5, '35).
The result put the Ugandans top of Group L with 10 points. Lesotho is bottom with 2 points. In their next game, Uganda will meet third-placed Cape Verde at the Setsoto Stadium on November 17, while Lesotho will face Tanzania.
