AFCON 2019 Qualifiers : Tanzania and Uganda qualify for the final stage
DAR ES SALAAM, Mar. 24, 2019 (AMP) — Cameroon 2019 (Qualifiers) : Tanzania defeated Uganda by a score of 3-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a AFCON qualifying game on Sunday night at the Tanzania National Main Stadium in Dar Es Salaam.
Tanzania dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Msuva in the 21st minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Tanzanians further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Nyoni '51/penalty and Morris '57).
