MADRID, Nov. 27, 2013 (AMP) — Champions League 2013-14 : Real Madrid defeated Galatasaray by a score of 4-1 (halftime: 1-1), in a Champions League group stage game on Wednesday night at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium in Madrid.

The result put Real Madrid top of Group B with 13 points. Galatasaray is third with 4 points. In their last game, Real Madrid will meet Copenhagen at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium on December 10, while Galatasaray will face Juventus.
