The result left all four teams in Group G (Chelsea, Maribor, Schalke 04 and Sporting Lisbon), tied with one point. In their next game, Schalke 04 will meet group leaders Maribor at Stamford Bridge on September 30, while Chelsea will face Sporting Lisbon.
