MADRID, Apr. 22, 2015 (AMP) — Champions League 2014-15 : Real Madrid defeated Atletico Madrid by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in the second leg of a quarterfinals on Wednesday night at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium in Madrid.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Mexican forward Javier Hernández with just 2 minutes remaining in regulation time.
