MANCHESTER, Feb. 24, 2015 (AMP) — Champions League 2014-15 : Barcelona defeated Manchester City by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 2-0), in the first leg of a round of 16 game on Tuesday night at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester.

Luis Suárez scored dual goals

Barcelona dominated the first half thanks to goals from Suárez ('16, '30). Leading 2-0 at the break, Barca further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by in the th minute.
