PARIS, Sep. 15, 2015 (AMP) — Champions League 2015-16 : PSG defeated Malmö FF by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a Champions League group stage game on Tuesday night at the Parc des Princes in Paris.
PSG dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Argentine midfielder Ángel Di María in the 4th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, PSG players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Cavani in the 61st minute.
The result put PSG second in Group A with 3 points. In their next game, PSG will meet Shakhtar Donetsk at the Parc des Princes on September 30, while Malmö FF will face Real Madrid.
