Champions League 2015-16 : PSG defeats Shakhtar 3-0

LVIV, Sep. 30, 2015 (AMP) — Champions League 2015-16 : PSG defeated Shakhtar Donetsk by a score of 3-0 (halftime: 2-0), in a Champions League group stage game on Wednesday night at the Arena Lviv.

PSG dominated the first half thanks to goals from Aurier ('7) and Luiz ('23). Leading 2-0 at the break, PSG players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Srna Dario into his own net seconds before the end of regulation.

The result put PSG second in Group A with 6 points. Shakhtar is bottom with no points. In their next game, PSG will meet group leaders Real Madrid at the Arena Lviv on October 21, while Shakhtar Donetsk will face Malmö FF.
