Champions League 2015-16 : Shakhtar defeats Malmö 4-0

LVIV, Nov. 3, 2015 (AMP) — Champions League 2015-16 : Shakhtar Donetsk defeated Malmö FF by a big score of 4-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a Champions League group stage game on Tuesday night at the Arena Lviv.

Shakhtar Donetsk dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Gladkiy Olexandr in the 29th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the “Hirnyky” further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Srna Dario '48/penalty, Eduardo '55 and Teixeira Alex '73).

The result put Shakhtar third in Group A with 3 points. Malmö is bottom with 3 points. In their next game, Shakhtar Donetsk will meet group leaders Real Madrid at the Arena Lviv on November 25, while Malmö FF will face PSG.
