Champions League 2015-16 : PSV beats Man Utd 2-1

EINDHOVEN, Sep. 15, 2015 (AMP) — Champions League 2015-16 : PSV Eindhoven defeated Manchester United by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-1), in a Champions League group stage game on Tuesday night at the Philips Stadion in Eindhoven.

Manchester United forward Memphis Depay opened the score in the 41st minute, before seeing PSV Eindhoven catch up in the 45th minute thanks to Héctor Moreno. 1-1 at half time. The “Boeren” eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Narsingh in the 57th minute.

The result put PSV top of Group B with 3 points. In their next game, PSV Eindhoven will meet CSKA Moscow at the Philips Stadion on September 30, while Manchester United will face Wolfsburg.
