Champions League 2015-16 : Olympiacos defeats Arsenal 3-2

LONDON, Sep. 29, 2015 (AMP) — Champions League 2015-16 : Olympiacos defeated Arsenal by a score of 3-2 (halftime: 2-1), in a Champions League group stage game on Tuesday night at the Emirates Stadium in London.

Olympiacos dominated the first half thanks to goals from Pardo Felipe ('33) and Ospina ('40 own). Leading 2-1 at the break, the “Kokkinoi” further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Finnbogason in the 66th minute.

The result put Olympiacos second in Group F with 3 points. Arsenal is bottom with no points. In their next game, Olympiacos will meet third-placed Dinamo Zagreb at the Emirates Stadium on October 20, while Arsenal will face Bayern Munich.
