Champions League 2015-16 : Chelsea beats Maccabi 4-0

HAIFA, Nov. 24, 2015 (AMP) — Champions League 2015-16 : Chelsea defeated Maccabi Tel Aviv by a big score of 4-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a Champions League group stage game on Tuesday night at the Sammy Ofer Stadium in Haifa.

Chelsea dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by defender Gary Cahill in the 20th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Blues further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Willian Borges Da Silva '73, Oscar '77 and Zouma '90).

The result put Chelsea top of Group G with 10 points. Maccabi is bottom with no points. In their last game, Chelsea will meet second-placed Porto at the Sammy Ofer Stadium on December 9, while Maccabi Tel Aviv will face Dynamo Kiev.
