Champions League 2015-16 : Chelsea beats Porto 2-0 to qualify for the Round of 16

LONDON, Dec. 9, 2015 (AMP) — Champions League 2015-16 : Chelsea defeated Porto by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a Champions League group stage game on Wednesday night at Stamford Bridge in London.

Chelsea dominated the first half as a result of the unfortunate own goal scored by Spanish defender Iván Marcano in the 12th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Blues further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Willian Borges Da Silva in the 52nd minute.
