Champions League 2015-16 : Gent beats Valencia 1-0

GHENT, Nov. 4, 2015 (AMP) — Champions League 2015-16 : Gent defeated Valencia by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a Champions League group stage game on Wednesday night at the AFG Arena in Ghent.

Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Kums Sven on penalty in the 49th minute.

The result put Valencia second in Group H with 6 points. Gent is third with 4 points. In their next game, Valencia will meet group leaders Zenit St Petersburg at the AFG Arena on November 24, while Gent will face Lyon.
