WOLFSBURG, Apr. 6, 2016 (AMP) — Champions League 2015-16 : Wolfsburg defeated Real Madrid by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 2-0), in the first leg of a quarterfinals on Wednesday night at the Volkswagen Arena in Wolfsburg.

All the action happened in the first half, with goals from Ricardo Rodríguez ('18 on penalty) and Maximilian Arnold ('25).

The second leg between Wolfsburg and Real Madrid will be played on Tuesday April 12, 2016 (kick-off: 20:45) in Madrid.
