LONDON, Feb. 23, 2016 (AMP) — Champions League 2015-16 : Barcelona defeated Arsenal by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 0-0), in the first leg of a round of 16 game on Tuesday night at the Emirates Stadium in London.

45 minutes of play and neither Barcelona nor Arsenal have managed to pull ahead. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with two goals by Argentine forward Lionel Messi at '71 and '83 (on penalty).
