BARCELONA, Dec. 6, 2016 (AMP) — Champions League 2016-17 : Barcelona defeated Mönchengladbach by a big score of 4-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a Champions League group stage game on Tuesday night at the Camp Nou in Barcelona.

Arda Turan scored tripple goals

Barcelona dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Argentine forward Lionel Messi in the 16th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Barca further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Turan '50, '53, '67).
