MONACO, Nov. 2, 2016 (AMP) — Champions League 2016-17 : Monaco defeated CSKA Moscow by a score of 3-0 (halftime: 3-0), in a Champions League group stage game on Wednesday night at the Stade Louis II in Monaco.

Radamel Falcao scored dual goals

All the action happened in the first half, with goals from Valère Germain ('12) and Radamel Falcao ('29, '41).

The result put Monaco top of Group E with 8 points. CSKA Moscow is bottom with 2 points. In their next game, Monaco will meet third-placed Tottenham at the Stade Louis II on November 22, while CSKA Moscow will face Bayer Leverkusen.
