Champions League 2016-17 : Dortmund beats Legia Warsaw 6-0

WARSAW, Sep. 14, 2016 (AMP) — Champions League 2016-17 : Borussia Dortmund defeated Legia Warsaw by a big score of 6-0 (halftime: 3-0), in a Champions League group stage game on Wednesday night at the Polish Army Stadium in Warsaw.

Borussia Dortmund dominated the first half thanks to goals from Götze ('7), Papastathopoulos ('15) and Bartra ('17). Leading 3-0 at the break, BVB further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Guerreiro '51, Castro '76 and Aubameyang '87).

The result put Dortmund top of Group F with 3 points. In their next game, Borussia Dortmund will meet second-placed Real Madrid at the Polish Army Stadium on September 27, while Legia Warsaw will face Sporting Lisbon.
