Champions League 2016-17 : Dortmund hold Real Madrid to 2-2

DORTMUND, Sep. 27, 2016 (AMP) — Champions League 2016-17 : Borussia Dortmund tied 2-2 with Real Madrid (halftime: 1-1), in a Champions League group stage game on Tuesday night at the Westfalenstadion in Dortmund.

One goal for both sides in the first half, Aubameyang ('43) for Borussia Dortmund, Ronaldo ('17) for Real Madrid and one each in the second, Schürrle ('87) for Borussia Dortmund, Varane ('68) for Real Madrid.

The result put Dortmund top of Group F with 4 points. Real Madrid is second with 4 points. In their next game, Borussia Dortmund will meet third-placed Sporting Lisbon at the Westfalenstadion on October 18, while Real Madrid will face Legia Warsaw.
