Champions League 2016-17 : Leicester beats Club Brugge 2-1

LEICESTER, Nov. 22, 2016 (AMP) — Champions League 2016-17 : Leicester defeated Club Brugge by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 2-0), in a Champions League group stage game on Tuesday night at the King Power Stadium in Leicester.

Leicester dominated the first half thanks to goals from Okazaki ('5) and Mahrez ('30 on penalty). Leading 2-0 at the break, Leicester players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by in the th minute.

The result put Leicester top of Group G with 13 points. Club Brugge is bottom with no points. In their last game, Leicester will meet second-placed Porto at the King Power Stadium on December 7, while Club Brugge will face Copenhagen.
