Champions League 2017-18 : PSG defeats Bayern Munich 3-0

PARIS, Sep. 27, 2017 (AMP) — Champions League 2017-18 : PSG defeated Bayern Munich by a score of 3-0 (halftime: 2-0), in a Champions League group stage game on Wednesday night at the Parc des Princes in Paris.

PSG dominated the first half thanks to goals from Alves ('2) and Cavani ('31). Leading 2-0 at the break, PSG players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Neymar in the 63rd minute.

The result put PSG top of Group B with 6 points. Bayern Munich is second with 3 points. In their next game, PSG will meet Anderlecht at the Parc des Princes on October 18, while Bayern Munich will face Celtic.
