Champions League 2017-18 : PSG beats Anderlecht 4-0

ANDERLECHT, Oct. 18, 2017 (AMP) — Champions League 2017-18 : PSG defeated Anderlecht by a big score of 4-0 (halftime: 2-0), in a Champions League group stage game on Wednesday night at the Constant Vanden Stock Stadium in Anderlecht.

PSG dominated the first half thanks to goals from Mbappé ('3) and Cavani ('44). Leading 2-0 at the break, PSG players further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Neymar '66 and Ángel Di María '88).

The result put PSG top of Group B with 9 points. Anderlecht is bottom with no points. In their next game, PSG will meet Anderlecht at the Constant Vanden Stock Stadium on October 31, while Anderlecht will face PSG.
