Champions League 2017-18 : Bayern Munich beats Celtic 2-1

GLASGOW, Oct. 31, 2017 (AMP) — Champions League 2017-18 : Bayern Munich defeated Celtic by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-0), in a Champions League group stage game on Tuesday night at Celtic Park in Glasgow.

Bayern Munich dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by French midfielder Kingsley Coman in the 22nd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Bavarians further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Martínez in the 77th minute.

The result put Bayern Munich second in Group B with 9 points. Celtic is third with 3 points. In their next game, Bayern Munich will meet Anderlecht at Celtic Park on November 22, while Celtic will face PSG.
