ANDERLECHT, Nov. 22, 2017 (AMP) — Champions League 2017-18 : Bayern Munich defeated Anderlecht by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 0-0), in a Champions League group stage game on Wednesday night at the Constant Vanden Stock Stadium in Anderlecht.

45 minutes of play and neither Bayern Munich nor Anderlecht have managed to pull ahead. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with goals by Lewandowski ('51) and Tolisso ('77).

The result put Bayern Munich second in Group B with 12 points. Anderlecht is bottom with no points. In their last game, Bayern Munich will meet group leaders PSG at the Constant Vanden Stock Stadium on December 5, while Anderlecht will face Celtic.
