Champions League 2017-18 : Sevilla held to a 1-1 draw by Maribor but qualifies for the Round of 16

MARIBOR, Dec. 6, 2017 (AMP) — Champions League 2017-18 : Maribor tied 1-1 with Sevilla (halftime: 1-0), in a Champions League group stage game on Wednesday night at the Ljudski Vrt Stadium in Maribor.

Maribor players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Tavares Marcos in the 10th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Sevilla with a saving goal from Ganso De Lima in the 75th minute.
