Champions League 2017-18 : Man City beats Napoli 4-2

NAPLES, Nov. 1, 2017 (AMP) — Champions League 2017-18 : Manchester City defeated Napoli by a score of 4-2 (halftime: 1-1), in a Champions League group stage game on Wednesday night at the San Paolo Stadium in Naples.

Napoli forward Lorenzo Insigne opened the score in the 21st minute, before seeing Manchester City catch up in the 34th minute thanks to Nicolás Otamendi. 1-1 at half time. The Citizens eventually won the game in the second period with three more goals by Stones ('48), Agüero ('69) and Sterling ('90).

The result put Man City top of Group F with 12 points. Napoli is third with 3 points. In their next game, Manchester City will meet Feyenoord at the San Paolo Stadium on November 21, while Napoli will face Shakhtar Donetsk.
