MONACO, Nov. 21, 2017 (AMP) — Champions League 2017-18 : RB Leipzig defeated Monaco by a score of 4-1 (halftime: 4-1), in a Champions League group stage game on Tuesday night at the Stade Louis II in Monaco.

All the action happened in the first half, with goals from Jemerson Nascimento ('6 own), Timo Werner ('9, '31 on penalty) and Keita Naby ('45).

The result put Leipzig third in Group G with 7 points. Monaco is bottom with 2 points. In their last game, RB Leipzig will meet group leaders Besiktas at the Stade Louis II on December 6, while Monaco will face Porto.
