Champions League 2017-18 : Tottenham beats Dortmund 2-1

DORTMUND, Nov. 21, 2017 (AMP) — Champions League 2017-18 : Tottenham defeated Borussia Dortmund by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 0-1), in a Champions League group stage game on Tuesday night at the Westfalenstadion in Dortmund.

Borussia Dortmund had started off well by taking the lead in the 31st minute with a goal by Gabonese forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Spurs nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Kane '49 and Son Heung-min '76).

The result put Tottenham top of Group H with 13 points. Dortmund is third with 2 points. In their last game, Tottenham will meet APOEL Nicosia at the Westfalenstadion on December 6, while Borussia Dortmund will face Real Madrid.
