CAPE TOWN, Feb. 1, 2014 (AMP) — South Africa 2014 : Libya claimed the African Nations Championship crown after defeating Ghana 4-3 on penalties (after a 0-0 draw) in the final on Saturday night at the Cape Town Stadium.
