Jul. 27, 2013 (AMP) — South Africa 2014 (Qualifiers) : Ethiopia defeated Rwanda on penalties 6-5, after the match ended 0-1 in regulation time, in the second leg of a qualifying game on Saturday afternoon. Ethiopia, who won the first leg (1-0), secured their ticket to the CHAN finals. Rwanda is eliminated.
