CHAN 2016 Qualifiers : Zimbabwe defeats Lesotho 3-1
BULAWAYO, Oct. 18, 2015 (AMP) — Rwanda 2016 (Qualifiers) : Zimbabwe defeated Lesotho by a score of 3-1 (halftime: 0-0), in the first leg of a CHAN qualifier tie on Sunday afternoon at the Barbourfields Stadium in Bulawayo.
Mutuma scored dual goals
45 minutes of play and neither the Zimbabweans nor the Basothos have managed to pull ahead. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with goals by Mutuma ('48 on penalty, '56) and Phiri ('81).
The second leg between Zimbabwe and Lesotho will be played on Sunday October 25, 2015 (kick-off: 15:00) in Maseru.
