CHAN 2016 Qualifiers : Angola loses to South Africa 2-1 but qualifies for 2016 CHAN
LUANDA, Oct. 24, 2015 (AMP) — Rwanda 2016 (Qualifiers) : South Africa defeated Angola by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-1), in the second leg of a qualifying game on Saturday afternoon at the Estádio 11 de Novembro in Luanda.
Fabrício opened the score in the 29th minute with an own goal, before seeing Angola catch up in the 43rd minute thanks to Gelson. 1-1 at half time. The South Africans eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Lakay seconds before the end of regulation.
Angola, who won the first leg (2-0), secured their ticket to the CHAN finals. South Africa is eliminated.Fixtures and Results : First round
