CHAN 2016 Qualifiers : Ethiopia beats Burundi 3-0 to qualify for 2016 CHAN
ADDIS ABABA, Oct. 25, 2015 (AMP) — Rwanda 2016 (Qualifiers) : Ethiopia defeated Burundi by a score of 3-0 (halftime: 1-0), in the second leg of a qualifying game on Sunday afternoon at the Addis Ababa Stadium.
Panom scored dual goals
Ethiopia dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Tesfaye in the 37th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Ethiopians further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Panom '73, '79/penalty).
Ethiopia, who lost the first leg (0-2), secured their ticket to the CHAN finals. Burundi is eliminated.Fixtures and Results : First round
