MEXICO CITY, Aug. 1, 1999 (AMP) — Mexico 99 : Mexico reached the FIFA Confederations Cup final for the very first time in their history courtesy of a 1-0 extra time victory over the United States (following a 0-0 draw in regulation) on Sunday.
