Sochaux beats Monaco to reach Coupe de France quarterfinals

MONTBéLIARD, Feb. 9, 2016 (AMP) — Coupe de France 2015-16 : Sochaux qualified to the quarter-finals of the Coupe de France with a 2-1 win against Monaco (halftime: 1-1) on Tuesday night at the Stade Auguste Bonal in Montbéliard.

Martin Florian opened the score in the 19th minute, before seeing Monaco catch up in the 38th minute thanks to Bakayoko Tiemoue. 1-1 at half time. “Les Lionceaux” eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Sacko Hadi in the 54th minute.
